3. Hire people who are smarter than you
Many company leaders believe that their primary job is to tell other people what to do and how to do it. However, their actual job is to create the necessary conditions and resources in order to achieve results. Hiring intelligent people is one straight way to the success of any company. Smart leaders feel comfortable in hiring people whose brilliance or expertise exceeds their own. Only insecure leaders view talented candidates as a threat, and this kind of attitude can have a hugely negative impact on a business. Keep your ego in check and listen to others. People are everything, and even good leaders get it wrong sometimes.
4. Be a consistent marketer
In the world of business, nothing comes without good marketing. Developing a growth strategy plan is not a one-size-fits-all process, and scaling up with the right strategies requires discipline and focus. Once company goals have been set, you need to start putting your plan into action. The right strategy can lead to massive business growth, but with the wrong plan or none at all, failure is not a matter of if but when.
5. Don’t ever get too comfortable
